Heat and heavy loads

Molykote L-1428 high-temperature chain oil is a synthetic lubricant formulated to resist oxidation and thermal degradation while maintaining stable performance and lubricity over a wide temperature range and under heavy loads. This product helps lower overall maintenance costs, reduces chain drag and wear, extends oil-drain intervals and helps prevent process interruptions. It also has extremely low volatility, will not form carbon deposits and will not smoke.

New gear oils

The Klubersynth UH1 6 series is the newest technology in synthetic, high-temperature gear oils available in the food processing, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. These oils offer corrosion protection, shear stability, aging and oxidation resistance and high temperature stability. Developed for the lubrication of worm gears with steel/bronze pairings, they are also suitable for bevel and spur gears and machine elements. They perform in temperatures ranging from -35-160°C.

Grease II

Geralyn AX/W is a new-technology food-grade grease using the latest advances in additive technology. With aluminum complex or calcium sulfonate complex as its thickener, it remains a NLGI grade 2 with resistance to oxidation and washout similar to traditional food-grade greases. But it exhibits many other improvements, primarily in performance and resistance to wear. The end result can be savings of thousands of dollars in maintenance costs and downtime.

Longer compressor life

The premium synthetic lubricant, FG Excel Synthetic Compressor Lubricant, extends application life three to five times longer than competitive compressor lubricants, the vendor claims. The molecular structure helps minimize oil carryover, which makes it an attractive alternative to investing in oilless compressors. The unique basestock and carefully selected additives promote a natural detergency and minimal coking and varnishing, which increases the service life of compressors. The lubricity and anti-wear characteristics provide companies with strong return on lubricant investment.
