Patty former with flexibility

FoodProcessing.com

The 745 all-hydraulic, microprocessor-controlled, multi-outlet forming machine adapts to changing production requirements with simple tooling changes. This means that when the production schedule calls for running eight-ounce patties on 5.5-inch paper, the two-hole mold set-up is a perfect fit — preparing 7,800 patties per hour. When a hot order for two-ounce patties on five-inch paper comes in, production crews simply change the 745 to a three-hole set-up with three-across, five-inch paper to create up to 11,700 patties per hour. It combines accurate weight control, minimum leakage and quick changeovers with mobility.
