Weigh and inspect
The is a compact, three-conveyor Hi-Speed checkweigher and Safeline metal detector integrated onto one free standing unit. The system delivers an integrated, space-saving solution for inspecting lightweight products and packages in dry, dusty, and wipe down environments. It detects and rejects all types of metals and can weigh, classify and segregate uniformly spaced packages weighing up to 600g at rates up to 400 packs per minute with accuracy.

Slip, slidin’ a weigh
The weighs fresh meat, poultry, seafood, dried fruit and other moist, sticky products. Plastic product hoppers with scraper gates prevent product sticking and the build-up of product residue while the weigher’s contact parts can be removed without using tools and sanitized using high temperature cleaners. Screw feeders also are available to steadily move products across the top of the weigher. In addition, a color touch screen includes 50 product presets for fast changeovers.

Dustless weigh/batch system
A new with integral mechanical conveyor collects dust created during manual dumping of bulk materials and discharges bulk material by weight. A high-velocity vacuum fan draws airborne dust from the operator's atmosphere onto two cartridge filters. Automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning maintains efficient, continuous operation by releasing short blasts of compressed plant air inside the cartridge filter on alternating cycles, causing dust build-up on the outer filter surfaces to fall into the hopper.

The is a low- to medium-capacity weighfeeder for minor ingredient additives that can be customized to meet exact application needs. Stainless or mild steel units are available in open or enclosed styles as well as custom lengths, belt types, inlet configurations and drives. The mild steel model can be used with chemicals, powders, or any granular product in applications not requiring washdown, whereas the sanitary duty model is designed for the food industry where high pressure washdown is required. It meets all USDA and FDA requirements.

Food processors looking to cut food and labor costs may want to consider this new line of 22 field-recalibratable, dishwasher safe mechanical scales. These heavy-duty scales are made to withstand the harshest environments. Users can place the entire unit in the dishwasher without disassembly anything. Recalibration is easy as well, thanks to an optional recalibration kit that enables users to do it themselves. This line of scales also features stainless steel springs and mechanisms and all stainless housings.

Weigh fresh proteins inline
Fresh proteins can be weighed using this independently driven belted infeed system, which conveys hard-to-handle/sticky products including poultry, seafood and meats. The belts are easily removed without tools for quick clean-up. The system reduces labor, increases efficiency and decreases giveaway. The weigher is also built to USDA washdown standards.
