Many sizes and pressures

Series PZ pulse metering pumps are suitable for accurate, reliable injection of a variety of liquids including chemicals, nutrients and disinfectants. The pumps have powerful control options and a range of sizes and pressures (from 1 to 1,300 ml/min at pressures up to 220 psi). Flow rates and accuracy are unaffected by fluctuations in voltage; they will operate any single phase voltage from 94 VAC to 264 VAC. The pumps are available in manual control, external input and programmable models. All of the control features are onboard every programmable model pump, including pH control and residual chlorine control, without requiring a separate PID controller.

Durable and long-lasting

At the core of this design is the pump head door that opens fully to allow easy access to change or inspect the tubing. Optimal occlusion is automatic when the door is closed and latched. A secure retention mechanism grips the tubing for trouble-free loading and prevents tubing creep or roll. Additionally, a new flush-mounted, corrosion-proof latch offers one-handed opening and closing without the use of tools. The consistent performance of these pumps relies on the pump tubing which features retention marks to indicate the exact tubing alignment needed for optimal performance and tubing life.

High-purity valves
Series 88 High Purity Tube Full Port 3 Piece Ball Valves are designed specifically for the demanding process requirements found in food and similar industries where aseptic conditions are required. They have 5 percent or less ferrite content to prevent rouging (less than 1 percent ferrite is available as an option). All welded end parts are made from 316L stainless steel supplied with very low sulphur content. All wetted parts are polished to 14-18 Ra, 240 grit.
