How is your paycheck looking? Is your paycheck enough? Sure, we do ask your help a couple times a year in these surveys, but this is our most fun one, especially for you: our annual Salary & Job Satisfaction Survey.

In the past, we’ve gotten more than 2,000 responses to this and called it our most popular research project – but that claim no longer applies, since our R&D Teams of the Year voting broke 2,700 votes, as of this writing (one more reason for you to respond). Everybody wants to know if they’re compensated fairly. Your responses will help us provide hard data on pay versus seniority and different job categories, as well as benefits, job satisfaction and working conditions across the food industry. Plus, we’ll award $100 American Express gift certificates to two lucky respondents.
The survey should only take a few minutes to complete. The results will give you a glimpse of what people are making in all job categories and all product categories in the food & beverage industry. The finished article and research will be available in our July issue of Food Processing magazine as well as on FoodProcessing.com.
