Biography:
Erin Erickson jointed Putman Media in March of 2008. As the resident geek of FoodProcessing.com, she's responsible for posting all of the content you'll find on the site. Prior to joining Putman Media, Erin was a Managing Editor for the Residential Construction Group of a large B2B Publisher. Erin is a member of the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) where she serves as the vice president of the Chicago chapter and writes for www.asbpe.blogspot.com.
