Biography:
Kevin is no stranger to many of our readers, coming to us from Food Engineering magazine. Before that, he was Chief Editor of Baking Management . Kevin has extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of food and beverage manufacturing plants, and is no stranger to the trade show and conference circuit. You'll see him at those kinds of venues, now on behalf of the Food Processing team.
Kevin will be an important component in Food Processing's continued role as the voice of the food and beverage industry -- in-print, on the web, and in-person.
