Once an icon of 1960s Motown music, William “Smokey” Robinson has lent his name to a seafood gumbo produced by SFGL Foods, Glendale, Calif. “The soul is in the bowl” is their motto. Smokey was signing autograph’s at the Food Marketing Institute’s Supermarket Industry Expo earlier this summer.
