New Line of Fresh Indian Sauces Sizzles

Maya Kaimal’s new line of fresh Indian sauces was chosen by Saveur magazine as one of its âfavorite foods’ in the annual Saveur 100. The January/February special issue, which hit newsstands nationwide on January 18, acclaims that the sauces, “...taste as if a good Indian home cook had prepared them. One did.”![]() |

Kaimal will be promoting her line at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco (January 23-25) with samples of all three flavors (booths 356 and 381). The sauces can be found at hundreds of gourmet and natural food stores nationwide, including Whole Foods, for a suggested retail price of $5.99 for four servings.
