Researched by Industrialinfo.com (Industrial Information Resources, Incorporated; Houston, Texas). Privately-held sauce maker, Food Service Specialties (Red Wing, Minnesota) is preparing to expand its private label pizza and pasta sauce manufacturing plant in Red Wing, Minn. Construction is scheduled to get under way in late April 2005, and be completed by the Fall 2005
Food Service Specialties makes more than 120,000 pounds of 30-plus custom products annually for restaurants and businesses around the country.
