On Wednesday, March 30, at 10 a.m. PST / 1 p.m. EST, Northwest Analytical is hosting a webinar on Supply Chain Quality Management. Presenters will be Steve Olson of USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) and Jeff Cawley of Northwest Analytical.

USDA/AMS Service has implemented a world-class vendor certification and supply chain quality system. Learn how they ensure the quality and safety of meat bought for the School Lunch Program Supply Chain Quality Management is critical to successful Supply Chain execution.

Jeff Cawley, NWA, will discuss supply chain quality monitoring and the SPC tools and systems that ensure successful execution. Steve Olson, USDA Agricultural Marketing Service, will review the School Lunch Program ground beef vendor certification and lot quality reporting system. He will share the results which include higher quality and safer meat delivered to the school lunch program with greater control of value. After the 30 minute presentation, we will open up for Q&A.
