Risco USA has recently opened a new state-of-the-art test facility in its South Easton, Mass., headquarters. The facility comprises more than 1,300 square feet of working space including a test kitchen. It will enable the company to demonstrate its complete range of stuffing, linking and depositing applications, including the just-introduced RS191 vegetable casing system. Complete Risco-driven production systems can be installed for on-site customer review and approval before delivery.
To make sure customers get maximum productivity from advanced Risco equipment installations, the company will conduct regular in-house employee training sessions in the test facility. As a customer service, two remote webcams have been installed, enabling real-time product tests and equipment operation review to be monitored from remote locations.
