Mark Eaton, Chief Executive Officer of PPM Technologies, will continue to lead the company and James Walsh, Chief Executive Officer of Wright Machinery, will become Chief Operating Officer.
“We are excited about the many opportunities this merger provides to our customers and partners,” commented Mark Eaton, CEO. “The combined company will be better positioned to provide advanced technical solutions to the food processing industry with expanded development, manufacturing and sales capabilities.”
James Walsh, COO, added, “The combined company improves our ability to grow with our customer base and provide higher levels of support. It is a proverbial win-win for all parties.”
Management of the combined company will include members from both organizations. Over the next several months the two companies will be executing integration plans to ensure a smooth transition.
