According to this New York Times article, Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo. recently set out to answer the question: How Green is My Orange?

The question arose as many consumers grow more concerned with the carbon footprint of their consumable products.

The article outlines the process PepsiCo. took to determine the carbon footprint of its Tropicana orange juice as well as what it plans to do with the information in the future.
