Lawless retiring at McCormick; Wilson to chairman

Robert Lawless announced he will retire March 25 as chairman and as a board member of McCormick & Co., Sparks, Md. He will be replaced by Alan Wilson, who has been president/CEO since January 2008, replacing Lawless in those positions. Lawless had been with the company more than 30 years.
