NSF International Partners With MET Laboratories

NSF International announced a new strategic partnership with MET Laboratories, the first Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory in the United States.

Partnering with MET Laboratories will expand the scope of NSF International’s electrical testing and certification services. Key industry sectors will benefit from this partnership, including commercial and residential food equipment, recreational water equipment for pools and spas, mechanical plumbing devices, and biosafety cabinets.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration recognizes both NSF International and MET’s Laboratories as Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL). OSHA accreditation enables both companies to provide electrical safety certification to all electrical standards, including foodservice-related UL standards.
