Study Shows No Correlation Between Obesity and High Fructose Corn Syrup

While the debate continues as to whether or not high fructose corn syrup contributes to obesity, the International Journal of Obesity has published a study that counters a 2004 commentary by Bray, Nielsen and Popkin suggesting a potential link between HFCS consumption and obesity. The journal's authors cite lack of evidence while revealing there is no correlation between obesity and high fructose corn syrup.
