Greg Schlafer Named ConAgra Foods' Lamb Weston President

Formerly the vice president of the Bakeries and Foodservice division for General Mills, Schlafer will join Lamb Weston on February 25.

ConAgra Foods announced Greg Schlafer will join the company as president of its Lamb Weston frozen potato business.

Begining his tenure on February 25, Schlafer will run Lamb Weston’s global business. Lamb Weston serves as the commercial foods brand of ConAgra Foods. It was named Food Processing's Green Plant of the Year in 2011.
