Brendan Foley Named President of McCormick's U.S. Consumer Business

Foley was previously H.J. Heinz Co.'s zone president for North America.

Brendan Foley, who was H.J. Heinz Co.'s zone president for North America, became president of McCormick & Co.'s U.S. consumer business on June 2. That's the largest of McCormick's business segments. He will report to Lawrence Kurzius, president-global consumer and CAO.

He will have responsibility for sales, marketing, R&D, finance, manufacturing, supply chain and human resources for the business unit with such brands as McCormick, Old Bay, Lawry's and Zatarain's.

Foley spent more than 15 years at Heinz, where he earlier was president of the U.S. consumer products business and even earlier was president of U.S. foodservice. He also had worked in marketing for General Mills and Ketchum Advertising-Chicago.
