Lyco Sponsors Food Machinery Technology Open House
The event will profile Lyco’s latest technical developments in high-throughput equipment for cooking, cooling, blanching, re-hydrating and pasteurizing: incorporating its quick-changeover clean-in-place (CIP) systems which can reduce clean-up times between runs from hours to minutes; its latest systems for dry bean hydration using continuous pressure cooking/blanching; and its rapid continuous pouch cooling systems for vegetable and meat products, including soups, which can process throughput volumes as high as 10,000 lbs. per hour.
