Craig Savage has been elected to the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners' Association (PMCA) Board of Directors. PMCA is an international non-profit confections trade association.
Craig Savage has been elected to the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Confectioners' Association (PMCA) Board of Directors. PMCA is an international non-profit confections trade association. It aims to provide an open forum for the free exchange of information, to promote and direct basic and applied scientific research, and to educate and train confectionery technical personnel worldwide. Craig has been a member of the PMCA since 1989 and served on the PMCA Research Committee for the past four years. He leads FONA's applications team in the confections lab, building and refining FONA's confections capabilities. Craig has more than 17 years of technical and commercialization experience in the confectionary and bakery markets.
