Innovative Molding Expands Operations and Opens New Facility

Innovative Molding Inc. announces the opening of its new facility in Atkins, Arkansas.  The first phase of the build-out, completed and in operation, includes 30,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space situated on 10 acres.  Now, with production facilities in California and Arkansas, Innovative Molding provides customers throughout North America and Latin American with quick and affordable delivery on a wide assortment of unique, high-performance closures.

The Atkins, AR manufacturing plant is anchored with a range of state-of-the-art 225- to 400-ton Husky injection molding machines. Proprietary, Innovative-designed lining machines, which surpass industry standards in production rates and efficiency, are also in production at the Atkins facility.

The team leading the Atkins operation includes Ron Cook, Vice President for the Mid-West, and Bart Richardson, the Plant Manager.

Innovative Molding closures are available in sizes from 28 to 120 mm with various finishes, rib styles and liner innerseals as well as custom embossing, debossing or printing.  Innovative Molding closures are ideal for customers packaging liquid or dry foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals and other products in plastic or glass containers.
