June 16, 2009

Cargill has enhanced the communication of its texturizing offerings to Hispanic and Spanish food manufacturers with the launch of a Spanish language version of its global texturizing website - www.cargilltexturizing.es. The website provides application expertise and technical insight for the growing Spanish, Central and Latin American markets.

The website highlights Cargill's portfolio of texturizing ingredients, ranging from single ingredients -- such as pectins, carrageenans, alginates, locust bean and guar gums, xanthan gum, soy flours, starches, lecithins, cultures and enzymes -- to multi-component functional systems.
