The Life Cycle Institute, Life Cycle Engineering's education group, has added a new Train-the-Trainer (TTT) course to its list of high-impact learning offerings. The Train-the-Trainer course was developed by the Institute's Learning Consultants to help organizations transform their subject matter experts into compelling facilitators of learning - trainers who engage people in learning and motivate individuals to change their behavior to achieve results.

TTT is an intensive 2½ day class that teaches the competencies required to accelerate understanding, raise retention and achieve buy-in. Individuals responsible for training, coaching, presenting or leading meetings can benefit from the facilitation skills taught in Train-the-Trainer.
