Sethness Greenleaf Adds New Flavor Profiles

The Flavor Chemists at Sethness Greenleaf have recently developed new profiles to their extensive line of chocolate flavors. Already widely accepted in food and beverage applications, these profiles are very true to specific chocolates.

The semi-sweet chocolate chip profile features nice roasted chocolate notes and a distinct chocolate candy bar taste. The dark chocolate type boasts a nutty, bitter-sweet profile with a cocoa powder taste.

Ideal beverage applications for these new chocolate profiles span many categories, including: dairy (milk cappuccino, yogurt and kefirs), coffee drinks, alcoholic beverages, functional beverages, bar/cocktail mixes, Italian soda syrups, syrups for milk, and many more.

Non-beverage applications include: dessert sauces and toppings; bakery icings, glazes and fillings; bakery mixes, such as cakes, brownies, cookies and doughnuts; frozen desserts such as ice cream and ice cream mixes, gelato, mousse and frozen novelties.
