Caravan Ingredients received superior ratings from AIB (American Institute of Baking) International, during five GMP audits recently conducted at manufacturing and distribution facilities, located in Kansas City, KS, Grandview, MO, Fairfield, NJ and Dolton, IL. The comprehensive GMP Inspection evaluated the adequacy of operational methods and personnel practices, maintenance for food safety, cleaning practices, integrated pest management and adequacy of prerequisite and food safety programs; the superior rating is the highest that can be attained. According to AIB International, scoring high on this audit shows that a supplier complies with food safety regulations and is committed to providing safe, high quality food products to consumers.
