The new websites, www.DairyWithHoney.com and www.CandyWithHoney.com complement the Board's existing online presence in the baking and snack industries, and promotes honey's usage and benefits throughout the food industry.
The National Honey Board strengthened its interactive offerings with the launch of two new websites for the dairy and confectionery industries. The new websites complement the Board's existing online presence in the baking and snack industries, and promotes honey's usage and benefits throughout the food industry.The new websites, www.DairyWithHoney.com and www.CandyWithHoney.com, are the latest moves in a series of interactive measures implemented by the National Honey Board in an effort to provide food and beverage manufacturers with industry-specific technical, marketing and formulation assistance. The Organization's interactive properties include:
  • www.CandyWithHoney.com: This new website provides confectionery manufacturers with new product ideas and stories about the latest candy industry trends.
  • www.DairyWithHoney.com: From ice cream to yogurt, this new website offers dairy food and beverage manufacturers the latest information on honey and dairy products made with honey.
  • www.BakingWithHoney.com: The definitive baking industry resource to formulating and baking exceptional bakery foods with honey. This informative website contains retail and wholesale baking formulas, technical guides and information on incorporating honey into bakery food formulas.
  • www.SnackingWithHoney.com: An online guide to snack food products made with honey, as well as technical and marketing information for using honey in savory and salty snacks.
The National Honey Board is a federal research and promotion board under USDA oversight that conducts research, marketing and promotion programs to help maintain and expand markets for honey and honey products. These programs are funded by an assessment of one cent per pound on domestic and imported honey.
