Southampton, Pa.-based NewAge Industries is now producing half its energy needs. The plastic tubing manufacturer recently installed a 4,000 panel rooftop solar array.

According to company officials, the rooftop array is the largest of its type in the county and the sixth largest in the state. NewAge expects to see a return on its $4.2 million investment in five to six years.

NewAge Industries manufactures plastic and rubber tubing for industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, medical, appliance, food and beverage, OEM, MRO, and many others.
