Roquette Talks Microalgae at IBIE 2013

The ingredient company will offer application samples of the microalgal lipid ingredient to baking professionals at this year's IBIE show.

Roquette will showcase its microalgal ingredients at the IBIE 2013 show in Las Vegas this week. The company has been marketing microalgae as a whole food ingredient since 2006, when it developed a GRAS-approved lipid ingredient that can be used in baked goods as well as other ingredients.

Attendees can taste samples of the microalgae ingredient at booth 1031.
