The VersaMix mixer comes with an integrated vacuum system. The vacuum pump and all related components are located within the mixer sheathing. Vacuum controls and monitoring are easily integrated into the mixer control system. Processing under vacuum is an effective way of creating products that are free of air. This mixer is offered in sizes from 1,000-4,000 gallons capacity.
