Protient Inc. has rolled out two new soy protein concentrates free of the solvent hexane. Soy protein concentrates 6110 and 6120 are unique products produced by a proprietary cross-flow ultrafiltration process that purifies native soy protein into a concentrated form. The finished product can be certified either non-GMO or non-GMO and Organic.

Both soy protein concentrates provide exceptional nutritive value with clean flavor profiles for use in a variety of applications including dry blended mixes, protein supplements, beverages and dietary supplements.
