The Robag 3 Rotary Triple Jaw is a vertical form/fill/seal (VFFS) packaging system especially suited for gummy candies and other confectionery products. It’s capable of packing up to 220 bags per minute, boasting efficiencies greater than 95 percent and a reject rate of less than 0.5 percent.
The simplicity of the design eliminates 60 percent of moving parts and enables rapid product changeover with no mechanical adjustments for operators. The Robag is compatible with OPP, laminates and coex HDPE film types. It can produce bags as narrow as 1.5 in. to as wide as 16.5 in. at virtually any length.
