Rollprint Packaging Products, Inc. introduces ClearForm thermoformable bottom web — a new, economical option for thermoform/fill/seal applications for frozen food manufacturers.

ClearForm is a proprietary copolymer blend which offers oustanding toughness and exceptional clarity, along with an unusually wide thermoforming processing window. As an alternative to traditional bottom webs such as EVA/Surlyn/EVA, nylon coextruded films, and other PE-based polymeric blends, it provides these critical performance benefits at reduced cost.

When coupled with Rollprint’s Allegro line of peelable top webs, the total package offers machine-friendly forming and sealing characteristics, excellent end-use durability and a smooth, peelable, tamper evident seal that is second to none. Also appropriate for use with coated Tyvek or paper, ClearForm is suitable for both EtO and gamma sterilization.

ClearForm is the first product to be launched by Alliantz Flexible Packaging (Pte.), the newly-formed joint venture between Rollprint Packaging and Acme Packaging of Singapore. Ideal applications include frozen products such as poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables and baked goods.
