Earthrise Nutritionals recently introduced Spirulina IL-4 for foods, beverages, meal replacements and healthy snack formulations. This new product is designed to enhance overall health by modulating the immune system and helping to reduce Interleukin-4 (IL-4), the mediator of Immunolglobin E production.

Spirulina blue-green algae, ecologically grown on a farm in the California desert, is rich in antioxidants and is a food source of the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Spirulina IL-4 is also an excellent source of other nutrients, including vitamins C, B-complex, beta-carotene, E, carotenoids, zinc, copper and iron. The product is pesticide- and herbicide-free.
