Savory Mini Fillo Shells are new additions to the Athens Foods product line. The new shells provide both color and flavor in four varieties: tomato (red), spinach (green), corn (yellow) and black bean (black).

Light, flaky layers of fillo are formed into handmade-looking mini shells, then fully baked and frozen. Simply pull them from the freezer and fill them up for a beautiful menu presentation. After thawing for 10 minutes, shells can be stored at room temperature for several weeks.
