Frozen Sautéed Mushrooms are lightly seasoned and have a fresh-like texture. No hydrogenated oil is used in preparation.

Tru-Roast IQF fire-roasted vegetables add superb flavor to any dish and yield 2/3 less free moisture than other roasted vegetables. Thus, it is unnecessary to drain them before use.
