Constructed in one piece of a proprietary PTFE material, One-Up pump diaphragms deliver exceptionally long performance and greater flex life, says the manufacturer. As a result, these diaphragms help reduce air-operated diaphragm pump maintenance costs and offer maximum protection against corrosion.

Gore One-Up pump diaphragms are the only PTFE diaphragms that work in high-pressure pumps with head pressures of 250 psig (17 bars) or greater, according to the company, and are suited for applications involving the transfer of corrosive chemicals or caustic media. Gore literature says One-Up pump diaphragms offer better protection than thermal plastic elastomer diaphragms traditionally used in these applications.
