Slicer provides labor-free processing, eliminates maintenance

Carruthers Equipment says its X-Stream Stripper is a slicer utilizing proprietary, patent-pending, technology combined with state-of-the-art food safety features, and requires virtually no regular maintenance. The X-Stream Stripper is designed for labor free processing; product is received automatically from up-stream processes onto the in-feed conveyor belt and discharged automatically to downstream processing. Both belt and circular blade speeds are adjustable allowing for precise processing to specific requirements. Standard belt widths of 13 in, 26 in and 39 in are available. Additional in-feed and discharge conveyors are available to further accommodate exact processing needs.
