Antimicrobial-charged garments help mitigate cross-contamination
BioSmart antimicrobial-charged garments and towels, the latest enhancements to the ProSura Food Safety Solutions program, are aimed at mitigating cross-contamination in the food industry. They’re the result of a partnership with textile manufacturer Milliken & Co., which developed a patent-pending textile technology that binds chlorine molecules to the surface of fabric. Chlorine on the fabric will continue to kill germs after the fabric has been washed. The BioSmart fabric is then used to create garments and towels for the food industry.Company Information
