LycoRed's "BLT" is a new concept for beverage fortification. BLT is a dispersible, all natural, ready to use formulation of beta-carotene, lutein, and tomato lycopene.

Developed in response to the industry trend favoring antioxidant-rich beverages, it has been added to "Summer Delight", a fruit juice beverage, and "Tomato on the Go", a savory beverage. The BLT formulation contains natural beta-carotene from Lyc-O-Beta, natural lutein from Lyc-O-Lutein and natural tomato lycopene plus other tomato phytonutrients from Lyc-O-Mato Red. The BLT formulation is highly soluble and designed specifically for nutritional beverages. Tomato on the Go is flavor-enhanced with CTC, a clear tomato concentrate from LycoRed.
