Greerco Sanitary Pipeline Mixers feature a unique performance enhancing design that provides advantages in a wide range of intermediate and final processing applications in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food industries. Like most high shear devices, it employs a high-speed turbine running in close proximity to a fixed stator. However, this mixer offers a unique axial-in, axial-out flow configuration that eliminates bypassing and provides superior processing as the product passes through one or two high efficiency shear zones that result in intense hydraulic and shear forces.
