This space-saving unit applies parallel grill marks to one or two sides of meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Independent direct flame searing burners brown surfaces and add fresh-off-the-grill accents. Use the brander and searer together or separately, or simply operate the unit as a transfer conveyor when surface treatment is not needed. Stationary and portable units are available.
