Automatic Film Splicing Boosts Bagmaker Productivity
Ishida Atlas snack bagmakers feature a “splice-on-the-fly” option that automatically attaches new bag film to the end of the existing roll without the downtime required for manual film splicing. Automatic splicing is accomplished during operation by utilizing a preloaded reserve film roll, which operators can replace at their convenience without interrupting bagmaker operation. The compact auto-splicing system saves space around the bagmaker, features automatic film centering and utilizes the automatic film tracking and registration systems already included on Ishida Atlas snack bagmakers.Company Information
