New Marinades Flavor Pork and Poultry

Wixon  introduced new marinades to complement and enrich pork and poultry products.  The new flavors are:

• Blackberry Chipotle – Sweet  blackberry notes with a light smoky chipotle background flavor.
• Citrus Chipotle – Pineapple, orange and lime flavors balanced with the smoky heat of chipotle makes for a great southwestern treat. 
• Whiskey Marinade – A smoky grill flavor with a hint of whiskey for that backyard BBQ flavor. 
• Sweet Apple – Sweet apple flavor makes this a BBQ delight.

According to Wixon, the new flavors accentuate pork and poultry with sweet and smoky flavors.
