Thin-cut Lamb Loin Chops Offer an Economical, High-Quality Lamb Option
After being well received by the foodservice industry at several events this year, Superior Farms has taken its “Mini T-Bones” to retail. These thin-cut lamb loin chops are fast to prepare and can be served as finger food or as an appetizer. Sold in approximately one-pound trays, the lamb loin chops are an easy-to-cook protein that adds variety to backyard grilling in an economical way. Typical lamb loin chops, similar to T-bone steaks for beef, are usually one inch thick. The “Mini T-Bones” are 1/4 inch thick with a 1/8-inch trim and are vacuum sealed into a recyclable tray.
