New Flavors for Chocolate from Virginia Dare
The flavor creation scientists at Virginia Dare have created a line of innovative flavors for chocolate and compound coatings. Pomegranate, green apple, tea, mojito, cappuccino, and sauterne are just a few of the newly developed oil soluble flavors. Inspired from coffee, spirit and wine beverages, these flavors can be used to flavor white, milk and dark chocolate. These flavors can be used in other applications that require oil soluble flavors.Company Information
