A conveyor for all foods

With the upcoming (October) launch of model 7360 of its AquaGard conveyor, Dorner Manufacturing’s AquaGard and AquaPruf lines now are capable of practically any food-related application – from processing through packaging, and raw proteins and dairy through packaged snacks. The 7360 model adds a fabric belt, bringing the belt options to 25 in both fabric and modular plastic in widths from 4 in. to 52 in. and lengths to 40 ft. All are capable of speeds up to 300 ft. per minute, have one-inch nosebars for transfer of small and delicate items and are available in straight, curved and incline/decline modules. No drilling is required for automation and other add-ons for the siderails: Keyholes allow quick and clean addition of electric eyes, low voltage wires, air tubing and other options. The stainless steel frame is TIG welded with an open design that has minimal horizontal surfaces.
