New Mixes Make Breakfast A Gourmet Experience

Wixon Inc. has introduced new breakfast mixes with a premium taste that help start the day off right.

Developed in response to customer request, the flavor profile of the Carrot Cake Waffle & Pancake mix mimics that of the namesake dessert.  When combined with eggs and milk, the carrot, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, currant, and coconut of the mix create an indulgent morning meal.

The Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Biscuit mix features inclusions of sharp cheddar cheese and hickory-smoked bacon, along with the rich taste of buttermilk.  A drop biscuit made with the addition of water and butter, they are intended to be baked and served warm immediately.
