Abbott Nutrition, Columbus, Ohio, launches ZonePerfect Indulgence Nutrition Squares, a decadent new snack with a soft, whipped center that will have chocolate lovers rereading the nutrition label. Each square stays true to the ZonePerfect brand by delivering 18-19 vitamins and minerals and 10-11g of protein, is free of high-fructose corn syrup and contains 180-220 calories.

Reinterpreted from classic dessert flavors, ZonePerfect squares are available in three flavors to satisfy cravings: Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse, which pairs fluffy peanut butter mousse with a smooth chocolaty coating; Caramel Toffee, combining the two homemade candy favorites into one decadent treat, smothered in a chocolaty glaze; and German Chocolate Cheesecake, featuring whipped cheesecake flavor, real coconut and a chocolaty drizzle topped with crunchy nuts.

"ZonePerfect Indulgence Nutrition Squares give candy a run for its money," says Monica Hysell, Abbott Nutrition general manager and Healthy Living division vice president. "Because they have protein for satiety and vitamins and minerals for overall health, they are a good-for-you-snack that will not only delight the taste buds but also the body."

Suggested retail price is $6.99 for a flip-top box of four squares.
