Liquid Processing with Motorized Electric Valves

The ½-inch to 3-inch two-way ball valves in the KZValve 89 Series are a three-piece swing out style. The three-piece valve bodies have bolted-on end caps. One of the four bolts has a swing out connection that allows users to open the valve for cleaning or service without removing it from the plumbing. The valve ball and stem are 316 stainless steel, the valve body CF8M stainless steel and all material used in manufacturing (seats, seals, lubes, etc.) are acceptable for food grade applications and potable water. KZ valves can be used in systems for wash down apparatus, temperature control systems and regulating systems that control food processing equipment.
